The Aloha United Way 211 Hawaiʻi helpline is the only comprehensive, community information and referral helpline in Hawaiʻi with a database of over 1,400 agencies and 4,000 programs. Offering a lifeline to those in need, 211 is powered by local experts who are trained to understand complex problems and connect individuals to essential resources on every island, in every zip code.

The 211 Helpline is a free, confidential service available statewide to help anyone in Hawaiʻi connect with vital resources. Our community resource specialists are equipped to handle inquiries spanning a wide range of topics, including:
